Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 ( 2 - 3 days ) for all orders under £50.00 - our take the option of our next day delivery ( for orders placed before 1.30pm ) for £9.95.

Your order will only be delivered to the billing address you give at the time you place your order.
On Line: we will deliver to the billing address or a different address subject to all the security and third party checks being passed by the card processing company, we may contact you and request additional information etc. Once an order has been placed, the delivery address can not be amended unless further checks are made, which may delay your delivery.
Orders placed before 1:30 pm on a working day (Mon – Fri except Weekends and Bank Holidays) will be actioned that day and will be delivered as requested, subject to our "3rd Man" checks & provided no further or additional security checks are needed and all items are available from stock.
If there are any unforeseen shortages or delays we will contact you and advise of the time period to complete the order or offer equivalents.
If you cannot take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Consumer Contract Regulations we shall refund or re-credit you within 14 days for any monies that you have paid less any cost incurred for failed delivery.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through unavoidable delays in delivery. If there are likely to be any delays we will inform you as soon as possible, but you will be informed of the UKMail tracking number on the evening prior to delivery.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment, please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any claims that you make thereafter.
If for any reason the Buyer refuses delivery of the goods then the Buyer will be liable for all related costs and expenses ( including re-delivery, storage and insurance)
