Here at Big brother Systems we take security very seriously. Your card details are never stored in any way at all.

Pages that contain personal and payment information are secure. Look for the padlock symbol which is usually displayed next to the web address bar or at the bottom of the page. Clicking on the padlock symbol will show you the security certificate.

All pages that contain and transmit sensitive are secured by a 256bit SSL server. The digital security certificate is issued by Equifax - look for the lock icon in your browser address bar and/or task bar, you'll also notice that the webpage address has changed the from http:// to https:// (this happens during our checkout pages).

Your card details are not stored in any way and only used to take payment, if you have any concerns about security at all please contact us.

All information passed between Big brother Systems an authorising banks are encrypted using a 256-bit alogorithm (for the tecnical people out there huggababy.co.uk uses a "high grade encryption AES-256 256 bit" certificate), no sensitive information is passed via your browser to the bank. Additionally, in the very unlikely event that anyone who attempts to intercept such information would be unable to read it. You can be assured that the information sent from bigbrothersystems.com to the authorising bank cannot be tampered with or understood by anyone other than the sending and receiving parties.
