Delivery Information

Free delivery is usually 3 – 5 working days from our factory to your door, we are happy to deliver urgent orders for the next day, the charge for next day delivery will be an option at the time of order, note that a large percentage of goods delivered on 3 - 5 days arrive the next working day, but next cannot be guaranteed.

Your order will only be delivered to the address you give at the time you place your order, after several orders have been placed over a period we may be able to get an alternative delivery address authorised.

Orders placed before 3:30 pm on a working day (Mon – Fri except Weekends and Bank Holidays) will be actioned that day and will be delivered as requested, subject to our "3rd Man" checks & provided no further or additional security checks are needed and all items are available from stock.

If there are any unforeseen shortages or delays we will contact you and advise of the time period to complete the order or offer equivalents or advice depending on what use you are putting the products to.

If you cannot take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations we shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any monies that you have paid less any cost incurred for failed delivery.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through unavoidable delays in delivery. If there are likely to be any delays we will inform you as soon as possible.

The goods will be delivered within the period stated.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any claims that you make thereafter.

Free delivery and Next day chargeable applies to UK Mainland only and Scotland, for Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and offshore islands, please order as usual and we will email you or call you with the extra cost if any.
