Our Balun kit (2 in a Pack) offers long distance video transmission down Cat5e Cable, note that the higher the quality of cable the better and more stable image will result, i.e.  most Cat5e now is copper sprayed over aluminium, this gives good results as long as distances are not stretched, but not the same result as solid copper

TIP..try using this Balun kit to connect from DVR to Composite monitor, distances of 300 metres can be achieved. CAT5e is so much cheaper and easier to feed through walls etc.

This is a Passive Balun requiring no power which can transmit Video or Audio  (note audio Baluns are usually very expensive) from a CCTV Camera or Microphone in excess of 300 Metres using Cat5e, 4 sets of Baluns can transmit 4 Cameras down 1 length of Cat5e, these units can also transmit Audio from an amplified Microphone up to 200 Metres, feedback from clients indicate that 500 Metres has been achieved.

Video & Audio outputs can also be sent via Cat5e long distances to a CCTV monitor

Packed in matched pairs and for easy connection terminal screws are used and a 120mm pigtail with the BNC fitted, pigtails make it so much easier when installing into the cramped rear panel of a DVR, worse if it is 16 Channel machine.

This unit processes audio by auto-sensing the signal, no other Balun can do this at this price.
