This is a 12v DC 4 Channel switched mode fan cooled power supply which has a really quiet yet powerful 80mm cooling fan.

This unit up to can drive up 4 CCTV Cameras at full 8A load and stay cool. Over 10,000 of these have been assembled & sold by ourselves to date.

Our installers always prefer to use this style of Power Supply as it never runs out of Steam.

This is a plug in unit with a UK plug to mains lead and IEC kettle lead, a  qualified electrician is not required to connect this unit, it is plug n' play

4 x 2.1mm Power Sockets & 1 x IEC Kettle Lead with a fitted plug top are included to complete the installation.

This is an amazing CCTV Power Supply with 4 Power outputs for 4 Cameras where for example 1 port could power a Speed Dome at 3 Amps and the remaining ports could be split between 4 other cameras as long as the total load does not exceed 8 Amps . connections are on flying leads using pre-fitted and moulded 2,1mm Power plugs,  4 x 2.1mm Power sockets are included in the kit with screw terminals market +Ve & -Ve for easy connection, all you need is a small slotted screwdriver, there is no need to open the unit to connect up.

Wall mounting fittings in White UPVC are included which attach to the Power Supply with the supplied Self Adhesive Strips, easy to drill and fix.

Unit is a switched mode power supply, fan cooled in an all metal housing, external on/off switch and comes compete with Kettle Type Mains lead.

Unit will shut down usually without damage if there are any short circuits and will not power up if Voltage is too low or dangerously high, when running 12V is maintained as a constant voltage even with Varying currents such as when 4 I/R units all decide to start up at the same time as the light falls.

This unit in the event of a Short Circuit say on a Camera Power cable will shut down electronically using its internal circuitry and hold off until the fault is rectified, no trips, no fuses, our PSU-8 & PSU-16 & 32 is the same,.... try this with a Regulated Power Supply and watch it smoke.
