Listening Devices and the Law  
Although it is totally legal to buy, sell and
possess bugging equipment, it is totally
ILLEGAL to operate such equipment in
the UK due to these reasons:
 
1) It is ILLEGAL to transmit a radio
signal without a license or using
equipment that is not approved
for us in the UK by the RCA
(Radio Communications Agency).
All the transmitters we sell have not
been approved by the RCA.
The RCA will not grant licenses for
this type of equipment.
 


2) It is ILLEGAL to listen to other
peoples conversations without their prior
consent. If you are caught undertaking
these activities you could face fines or
imprisonment.

misuse of any unlicensed or unapproved
surveillance equipment sold by
Big Brother Systems Ltd
that are for export use only.

It is the customers responsibility to
check local licensing laws prior to using
bugging equipment abroad.
