CCTV using CAT5e (Power over Ethernet) & Video Baluns

If you have never installed CCTV and are terrified of electrical wiring please read on.......now it is so easy using the following components

This section offers CCTV Cableing that makes your installation an absolute "Breeze", the development of the latest Dual Core Baluns allow long distances over Cat5e that have never been achieved before,

Initial advantages are smaller 4.5mm diameter cables even pre-assembled means smaller holes to drill, easier to conceal and large areas that usually need a large flat clip can now be done with a Cable Tacker.

E.G. For each Camera you wish to install you will need:

1 pc BALUN KIT DUAL CORE, Part no: BALUN/POE/A (Check the distances you can go with particular cameras by clicking on the image and scrolling through the images, )

Select 1 Cable. Now look under our section "Connectors and Tools" you will need :

1 x IP56 Weatherproof Junction Box,

Finally look at our section " Power Supplies" If you are installing 1 Camera select part No PSU/1, for 2 Cameras add the 1: 5 splitter cable , or PSU/12V/2000 or the PSU/5A/1 for up to 5 Cameras.

Last but not least don't forget to buy a DVR.

By doing it this way it is totally Plug n' Play and installs in the minimum amount of time with the minimum amount of skill.

1 x LAN/Network Tester (you can't do it without this). if you already have one it must of the type that splits so a test unit can be plugged into each end of the cable. Stock Code: LAN-TESTER

1 x 12V 5Amp power supply, assuming more than 1 Camera, Stock Code: PSU/5A/1

1 x 1: 5 Splitter Cable Stock Code: POWERCAB-1-5
